Very good service, first time I used them and they were brilliant. Reminder the day before. They contacted me within hours of dropping the car down. Explained all the changes they made and costs. Was able to pay by card.
Only feedback is that I saw from the invoice that they changed my car key batteries. Not a big issue, but I did recently change them myself. I didn’t raise this at the time as I did not fully review the invoice before paying but did not feel it was necessary to feedback to them as I was happy with the overall service.
I recently had an issue where my fuel actuator failed and the fuel cap wouldn’t open, which left me worried about running out of fuel. I contacted Ruellan's, and Andrew personally stepped in to help get the fuel cap open so I could refuel.
They quickly ordered a replacement part and had it fitted within the following week without any hassle. The whole process was efficient and very professional from start to finish.

Had a really great service from Ruellans garage. Was kept informed and was very happy with the fees quoted. The car was washed and vacuumed and looked in sales shop condition. Lovely friendly staff too. Highly recommend
